Salling Search is currently recruiting for a Trade Operations Executive for an international trading house based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Letter of Credit, trade-related documentation.
- Preparation of LC documents and hedging reconciliation.
- Handling of contractual and shipment-related activities.
- Laytime calculations and demurage.
- Liaising and negotiation with Bank.
- Monitoring of credit limit and working with the front office to minimize operations risk.
- Responsible for doing the full aspect of trade operations.
- Liaising with the team overseas for related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma or equivalent academic qualifications.
- 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the crude oil industry and experience is a must.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Familiar in Incoterms and L/C, experience working in a trading house
- Knowledge of laytime calculations is a must.
