The HR intern will support the HR Shared Services team across various tasks relating to HR operations in the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process
- Monitor and process new hire confirmation
- Generate employee letters such as employment certification letter and PR letters
- Create, maintain and update records in HR system and files, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data
- Identify areas for process improvement within HR Shared Services and assist in the implementing solutions to improve efficiency
- Participate in HR projects as and when assigned
- All other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree undergraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management
- Proficient in Microsoft office and knowledge in RPA software (UiPath/Power BI) will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
- Possess good interpersonal communication and organisational skills
- Independent, proactive and self-motivated
- Able to commit to a 6-months internship
