- Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Google Suite and customer service software.
- Fluency in English and one or more other languages is an advantage.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
