**Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day Admin services related matters and internal communication
- Office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, repairs, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Provides support to Management staff to ensure that work functions operate as seamlessly as possible
- Issue sales invoices and make data entry
- Handle monthly staff expenses claim
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Salary**: $1,324.24 - $3,130.63 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
