**Get to know our Team**:
This person will be joining the Payment Operations team. This team is responsible for supporting the GrabLink and Grab businesses on both daily operational tasks and strategic projects.

**Get to Know the Role**:
The role will lead and coordinate a small team in supporting on the following operational tasks, working closely with cross functional teams within Grab as well as external partners

**Payment Operations**:

- Subject matter expert for GrabLink operations including merchant support and tracking of resolution SLAs
- Work across cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes
- Work with Risk Policy and Risk Ops to mitigate risk and chargeback related issue
- Work with Compliance team to ensure regulatory requirements are adhered to
- Continuously improve and ideate process optimisation for overall Link operations
- Track and report OKR/KPIs to key stakeholders
- Support on relevant procurement activities including vendor setup, raising ePR/PO and processing of invoices
- Manage transactional issues and assist on investigations and resolutions within SLA
- Understand operational impact on scheme mandate changes
- Perform ad hoc research work and support new initiatives rollout

**Settlements & Reconciliation Management**:

- Work with merchants, acquirers, schemes and finance team for end-to-end reconciliation and settlement process
- Ensure all daily funds flow are accurate and correct
- Manage all necessary reports for audits and ad-hoc management reporting

**Partners & Merchants Management**:

- Manage and review partner and merchant contracts
- Own and build positive relationships with partners and ensure merchants’ service levels are met
- Manage delivery solutions including API, sandbox testing, etc. for a new vendor
- Facilitate merchants on-boarding process including Know Your Business, enabling go-live set up, go-live training and support

**The Must-Haves**:

- Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/Management or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payments and / or consulting roles
- Prior experience in payment operations is preferred
- Prior experience in dealing with settlements and reconciliation is a plus
- Good understanding of the payment landscape in Southeast Asia
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
