Codashop is our flagship platform, a marketplace for in-game items through which the world's largest video game and other digital content publishers - Tencent, Riot, Activision Blizzard, Mihoyo, Garena, Tinder etc - distribute their goods. Codashop has over 20M visitors per month from 60 countries and is integrated with over 350 payment methods.

Reporting to the COO, the MD of Codashop will play an instrumental role in achieving business goals for the Codashop platform by unifying efforts across various functions - product, marketing, operations, business development and international teams. The MD is responsible for the business success of Codashop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the commercialization & growth strategy for the Codashop business; communicate and evangelize the strategy with the leadership team
- Own the global total payment volume (TPV) and gross profit targets for the Codashop business
- Participate in product planning exercises and ensure that the product roadmap has high impact features prioritized appropriately
- Ensure that product adoption initiatives are in place within the key markets and drive go to market plans to realize intended business outcomes
- Collaborate closely with product, international, commercial and marketing teams to achieve business objectives
- Execute cross-geographical initiatives and ensure that best practices are shared, adapted and executed across markets

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience running a large, international e-commerce site across multiple markets with a blend of business, product and/or program management roles
- P&L ownership of a business unit with a strong understanding of the revenue and cost levers that drive a sustainable business
- Strong analytical and product skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the gravitas to influence stakeholders and partners without direct authority
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills with the ability to earn trust at all levels of the organization
