**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Assistant Chair (Student Life and Alumni) and other colleagues in building strong bonding and ties with the students and alumni.
- Provide support in event management for all students and/or alumni events, including but not limited to planning, marketing, handling logistic arrangement, procurement and tracking event budgets.
- Assist with communication materials to student and/or alumni
- Follow up closely with students and/or alumni queries on events and/or activities.
- Provide support for school’s events, seminars, conferences, workshops, which includes designing the key visuals for marketing and communications and logistics matters.
- Provide administrative support for the school Chair’s office.

**Key Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, preferably in Communication or Creative Multimedia, with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
- Strong in both written and oral communications, with the ability to work effectively with people
- Administrative experience in an educational institution would be preferred
