**About the role**

Life Cycle & Digital solutions sales leader responsible for sales of Life cycle & Digital solutions across country and driving all activities and processes related to contractual exchange of solutions and services with Enterprise level customer organizations

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

- Driving Lifecyle & Digital solutions sales & execution thru sustainability focused solutions Architects and solution sellers and in actively collaboration with multiple business units.
- Incumbent shall work closely with business unit heads and regional solutions Center of Excellence to sell technology driven solutions to Enterprise level customers.
- Acts as the primary contact with the highly visible and/or strategic prospects, develops a professional relationship with the purpose of understanding and meeting the customer needs and within the bounds of contracted scope.
- Leads business development activities for strategic prospects to support the business strategy defined by executive leadership.
- Identifies bid opportunities, reviews final bid responses with team, negotiates with potential large/complex customers and builds and maintains customer relationships to win projects.
- Contacts potential large/strategic prospects to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services in order to create new client base and increase sales.
- Guides team to write proposals, presents new business proposals for large/strategic prospects, negotiates value, addresses resistance in order to develop business.
- Participates as the management team representative on prospective target accounts and territories. Maintains personal pipeline and customer log. Hunting for opportunities. Establishes personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts.

**Requirements**:

As a minimum you must have:

- 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Degree with Mechanical/Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Sound sales/ business leader, having technology solutions sales/ execution experience and successful track record of running Sales operations and/or service organizations at country level.
- Ability to communicate with end-user decision-makers including executive level.
- Track Record of selling and execution of large Energy/ solution driven projects related to sustainability, energy savings and pre-defined outcomes.
- Possess stakeholder influencing skills while building a shared vision and driving organization goals.
- Typically viewed as a sound strategist, an astute problem solver of complex technology and business problems.
- Actively collaborate with Internal stakeholders, multiple BU leaders and CxO level external stakeholders to drive the ESG driven outcomes-based strategy and solutions.
- Possess commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and achieve financial plans.
- Has keen interest, acumen, and good understanding of ESG focused solutions, Contextual IoT platforms, HVAC products, building automation systems, Energy solutions and Analytics driven digital services.
- Core knowledge of AI/ML technology shall be an advantage.
- Willing to travel extensively through-out the country.
