**The Opportunity**

As an Executive - Talent Acquisition & Management, your primary responsibility will be managing the full spectrum of recruiting activities for your assigned segments. You will handle both internal and external talent pools to ensure the timely and effective fulfillment of recruitment activities. This role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, where you will partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and support our organization in achieving its goals.

**Responsibilities**

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 - 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in corporate, customer service or sales positions (from junior to mid-management levels)
- Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Avature, Workday), social media and job boards.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High-energy, a keen learner with a sense of commercial awareness; able to balance ideals vs. reality with hiring managers
- Has an appetite for continuous learning, is focused and thrive in a team-based environment.
- Good knowledge of local employment regulations.
