Roles:

- Full time DENTAL CLINIC RECEPTIONIST
- (Training will be provided)

Your job duties will be as follows:

- Work closely with the dentist, helping throughout a patient's visit in a safe and effective manner
- To assist at the reception and perform any other administrative duties as may be required
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with all members of the dental team
- To keep and maintain accurate patient records
- To liaise with and cooperate with the Clinic Manager on all matters concerning administration, pay, and service conditions
- Support and participate in practice meetings, support the achievement of KPIs and Quality Controls
- Plan and execute marketing strategies in consultation with the Clinic Manager
- Maintain a professional look at all times
