We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Dental Clinic Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at our clinic.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with registration
- Assist dentist in day to day patient asssisting
- Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling rescheduling or cancellations
- Verifying patient information and ensuring accurate data entry into the clinic system
- Processing payments and handling billing and insurance matters
- Coordinating with dental assistants and dentists to ensure timely patient flow
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Assisting with inventory checks and administrative tasks when needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a clinic or customer service setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in English; knowledge of one other languages is a plus*
- Comfortable using clinic management software and digital tools
- Cheerful, responsible, and a team player
- for communicating to patients who are not able to speak english
