As Senior Executive, Partnership Development, you will manage the hospital’s strategic partnerships, and contracts or agreements with the strategic partners. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and executing contracts, working in conjunction with the Legal Department and various internal business units. Monitor contract expiry and ensure timely renewal of contracts. Collate, track, report and analyse statistics and key performance metrics under the contracts. You will need to build and maintain close relationship with partners through constant engagement and communication. Act as partners’ go-to-person, providing them with proactive support, help to connect them with the respective internal business units, provide advice and guidance on operational and contractual matters. You will also be involved in special projects where you will need to lead and facilitate project discussions, and ensure that projects are carried out according to the objectives and directions set. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Business or healthcare-related disciplines preferred but not mandatory
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in hospital operations and in areas such as contract management, project management and stakeholder management in large and complex organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Process oriented and possess a flair for numbers
- Meticulous and analytical, good organizational, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good initiative and able to multi-task and work well independently under pressure in a fast-faced environment
