**What we're looking for**:
Lead the collections function in the credit team at Zetl. As the company expands its product range and grows throughout the region, you’ll have great exposure to new markets and gain great experience in the fintech lending & payments sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing our collections pipeline and ensuring timely repayments from customers
- Ensuring the smooth setup of direct debit authorisations
- Following up with delinquent loans and managing the customer
- Working with customers in defaults to structure equitable repayment plans
- Assisting the credit team in undewriting deals
- Review of Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for onboarding
- Streamlining and improving internal credit processes; contributing to improve our risk management processes.
- Assist the team with domestic and international product expansion efforts (credit, banking, payments)

**Qualifications**:
➔ You’ve worked in a lending business before

➔ Previous experience in collections

➔ Previous experience in KYC and DD

➔ You come from a fintech background and/or have experience in both small and large organizations

➔ A Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or other relevant field of study; Master’s Degree or accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or CA) is a plus
