**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in business strategy, sales operations, management consulting, or finance.
- 5 years of experience in sales operations.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience with the Asia Pacific cloud market.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks, with the ability to take ownership and action.
- Experience and comfort with large datasets, synthesizing insights, recommending actions from data, and leveraging spreadsheets, SQL or other analytical tools.
- Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous organization, and create a roadmap and organization that can scale quickly.
- Ability to exhibit sound business judgment and influence others, with excellent problem solving, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.

As the Solutions and Sales Specialists Lead, Strategy and Operations, you will build a close partnership with executives, and act as an advisor to the specialist technology teams to build and grow the strategy and drive execution. You will examine and analyze data to identify patterns and trends that represent new opportunities for the Technical and Specialists Sales teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the APAC Specialist Sales and Pre-Sales leadership to develop and operationalize the go-to-market strategy and organization design, becoming an integral part of the leadership team as a trusted advisor of the organization.
- Assist with goal setting, tracking, and performance measurement of the business specifically related to the Specialist Sales and Technical organization.
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analysis, and developing final recommendations.
- Lead the annual planning process for sales specialist teams, and work in collaboration with global teams and Strategy and Operations in other regions.
- Drive regular operational cadence for key process, including but not limited to business forecasting, pipeline progression, as well as solve day-to-day operational issues related to business recognition and quota attainment.
