Singapore Iron Systems Full time

Perform installs, moves, adds, changes and decommission of PCs, Laptops, Engineering workstation, and other end user devices which include Windows Operating systems. Coordinate, plan, and schedule IMACs with all affected IT functions
- Manage asset inventory for all EUC devices in the tool provided by Customer
- Provide Site support and Depot services.
- Maintain an inventory of the spare EUC devices to swap out the devices when required at Depot locations
- Provide an inventory of equipment to the Customer for their review.
- Provide mail-in support by sending an entire spare unit (or peripheral, if possible) via overnight delivery leveraging Customer provided shipping
- provide walk-up service center support at designated locations during normal business hours local time
- Assist with the inspections on the facility campus
- Provide support for meetings/meeting rooms as requested by Customer
- Perform OS deployments and installations using customer provided tools such as SCCM and JAMF
- Ensure all the workstations are updated with latest Anti-Virus, patches and windows patches Manage Printers, end user storage devices and other End user devices.
- Provide End-User data backup, storage, and recovery Services as needed leveraging Customer provided tools
- Perform Incident determination, Root Cause Analysis and Resolution related to EUC incidents Coordinate with the Service Desk, other resolver groups and Third-Party vendors to manage all On-Site Technical Support requests related to EUC services to Resolution and Closure Deploy and manage printers, storage devices and miscellaneous peripherals attached to end user devices
- Adhere to Service Levels provided by the Customer while performing the services
- Comply with client Information Security processes, privacy, and other applicable regulations
