**Job Description: IT PMO Co-Ordinator**
The IT PMO Coordinator reports to the IT PMO Lead and will be expected to provide all aspects of project support, which will involve working closely with the team. The post-holder will be expected to undertake various tasks, including communicating with stakeholders, assisting with planning the delivery of training plans for current and new projects, organising meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, updating the contact & content management system and contributing to the online collaboration portal. The post is based in Singapore.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality administrative and project support to the IT PMO Lead and IT Team.
- Provide project updates and reports as required via Excel and other tracking systems.
- Support other strands of the programme of work as and when required.
- Support multiple business transformation programs and project teams as a critical contributor to complex problems.
- Collaborate and engage with project teams and suppliers on Issue Log, Risk Registers, Training planning and execution.
- Organize, plan and conduct training workshops for the project team.
- Lead and conduct necessary research activities required by projects.
- Regularly review progress and performance expectations with CIO, IT PMO Lead, and leadership teams, providing expectations, performance planning, feedback, training & development.
- Interacts with and identifies corporate and country requirements for various operations and projects.
- Collects and compiles required data and information as inputs for projects.
**Educational & Professional Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
- Three years of experience in a related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Strong grip on business operations.
- Comfortable working at the micro level with relentless attention to details.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Ability to effectively engage with people at all levels of business.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Teams
