In this role, the Coordinator will play a key part in supporting the Accounts Receivable Lead, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the APAC Regional Accounts Receivable function.**What you’ll do**:
**Oversee Accounts Receivable Operations**
Manage the accounts receivable function for the assigned countries, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

**Build Client Relationships**
Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving payment discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.

**Analyze Financial Data**
Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

**Collaborate Across Teams**
Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Prepare Financial Reports**
Prepare and present detailed reports on accounts receivable performance, and aging analysis.

**Optimize Collections Processes**
Implement best practices to improve collections efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.

**Ensure Compliance**
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

**You Have**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an established global FMCG, beauty or retail industry
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word, experience with Workday and/or other ERP systems
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
