Singapore National Cancer Centre Singapore Full time

You will report to the corresponding PI and work closely with Laboratory of Cell Therapy and Cancer Vaccine team members to provide technical expertise in large-scale-omics data analytics for biological /clinical studies (e.g. setting up customized data processing pipelines for high-throughput sequencing data). You will be expected to work collaboratively with other local and international collaborations depending on the projects. One of the key focuses would be to integrate the transcriptomics and immunomics data and correlate with clinical data as well as therapeutic target discovery.- Your duties will include the following:
- Report to PI and provide technical expertise and provide analytical reports to the research team/ research fellow.
- To provide technical support in clinical and biological data processing, including data quality control, analysis to produce publication-quality analysis.
- Work closely with the team to assess quality of new sequencing protocols to optimize experimental conditions.
- Work closely with local and international collaborators.

**Job Requirements**
- PhD in Bioinformatics or related fields (e.g. biostatistics, computational biology, computer science).
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with experiences in handling clinical data is a plus.
- Knowledge of immunology preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team player and fast-learner.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and technical skills; detail-oriented.
- Experiences in next-generation sequencing data processing from data quality control, alignment, variant calling, quantification, annotation and visualization (e.g., RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, scRNA-Seq, CITE-Seq, ATAC-seq, etc.).
- Experiences in R/Python/Perl and familiar with Linux environment.
