Bioinformatics Analyst

Our team is seeking a skilled bioinformatician to work on cutting-edge projects in computational genomics.

  • Achieving exceptional results in NGS data analytics requires expertise in programming, analytical pipeline development, and data visualization.

We are looking for an individual who can analyze and interpret genomic and NGS data, maintain and optimize analytical pipelines, communicate effectively with experts and non-experts, and plan tasks to ensure timely delivery of results.

  • This role involves collaborating closely with project teams and experimental collaborators to achieve common goals.

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • A master's or doctoral degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
  • A proven track record in analyzing and interpreting genomic and NGS data.
  • Experience working in cloud computing platforms and familiarity with relevant analytical approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong communication skills.
