We are looking for a responsible and proactive **Admin cum Logistics Assistant** to support our daily operations. You will handle office administration tasks and assist with basic logistics operations including inventory and delivery coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**:
- Perform data entry, document filing, and maintain records
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and delivery orders
- Support HR and sales team with general paperwork
- Maintain office supplies and cleanliness
**Logistics Support**:
- Check and update incoming/outgoing stock records
- Coordinate with delivery service providers
- Assist with packing, labelling, and arranging shipments
- Ensure goods are delivered accurately and on time
- Help with basic warehouse arrangements when needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Able to lift and move items when needed (light duty)
- Responsible, well-organised, and able to work independently
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in admin or warehouse/logistics
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
