Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational functions and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and data entry
- Assist in preparing documents, invoices, and reports
- Help with data entry and maintaining accurate records in database
- Support payroll processing and vendor payments
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $1, $2,500.00 per month
