- WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- You are a skilled senior/staff level front-end developer, with several years' experience in a modern, interactive client-side framework (React+Typescript is a big plus)-
- You have experience as a full-stack engineer, working on backend functionality to support frontend features, using one of the major server-side frameworks, that allow you to build features end-to-end.-
- You have a track record of running teams to ship initiatives, by helping refine requirements together with product managers and UX designers, owning the technical direction and directing the work of your team members.-
- You have experience as a people manager, helping them to meet their career goals and tracking their progress through regular performance reviews.-
- You have a track record of significant, specific, and self-directed contributions to complex and challenging UX projects, and you have learned some lessons along the way.-
- You are passionate for building beautiful and seamless user interfaces. You know how to give users something that is more than just functional - you know how to delight them-
- You love technology and want to both work with and advance the state of the art. Every day we are solving problems that have never been solved before, and we need developers with chops to handle it.-
- You work quickly and self-reliantly.
