Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to improve the performance and functionality of our services to give our users the best possible experience. You should be able to build a stable system that works quickly and scales well.

With the engineering team, you’ll work closely with our product designers, product managers and the business development and growth team to plan and implement product features. Coming in with senior experience, you will also collaborate to support the management and growth of the engineering team, being a key contributor to improving engineering processes. Our tech stack is React, React Native, Express/Node and MongoDB.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and build new features on our mobile and web apps using React/React Native
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an amazing user experience
- Be a proactive team member and think critically to solve problems
- Add positive value to the company culture

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Javascript and React
- Experience with Express.js, MongoDB and API design
- Knowledge of database, API, and front-end optimization strategies
- Good eye for detail and understanding of UX design principles
- 6-8 years of programming experience

**Bonus**:

- Familiar with React Native, Redux
- Have experience in native mobile app development
- Be passionate about the sustainability movement
