Singapore NSK HOTEL PTE. LTD. Full time

To provide hotel guests with concierge and porter services. Perform security duties for the safety of all internal and external guests.

This role reports directly to the Chief Concierge.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome all guests warmly - you will need to make certain that the team constantly practices the same.
- Porter Service - provide exceptional service upon delivery of luggage. (Greet guests by their last name. Check if any further assistance is required at the end of luggage delivery. Ensure any feedback in particular negative ones are to be highlighted to Chief Concierge and/or the Duty Manager for an opportunity of service recovery).
- Supervise and ensure all Bellhops and Doorman follow the Novotel standards.
- Keep proper records and filing - i.e. Concierge Communication Log, Transport Arrangement, Stayplease and etc.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the luggage room, Concierge desk, driveway and hotel lobby. Polish all the bellcarts periodically.
- Organize duty roster for sufficient manning to support hotel operations. Make adjustments as required and maximize staff coverage.
- Ensure all jobs assisgned through Stayplease are follow up timely.
- Delegate bellman for area coverage during non-peak hours or when one is not assisting guest. proper location when not assisting Guest.
- Concierge desk must be manned at all times.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the superior.

**Secondary Responsibilities (Security Operations)**:

- Protect lives and property which includes prevention and deterrence of crimes.
- Duties coverage at hotel lobby and driveway such as traffic control and crowd management
- Provide quick response to incidents and emergencies to our guests and associates.
- Conduct regular patrol - Hotel premises and guests levels.
- Undertake lost and found properties from guests and associates.
- Check for any suspicious activities in the carparks.
- Traffic control during all VIP visits and functions. Ensure the safety & security of our guests and visitors

- To carry out any oher duties as duties as assigned

**Job Requirments**
- Good physical condition
- Initiative spirit
- Able to converse in English
- Minimum GCE N level graduate or equivalent
- A valid PLRD licence
- At least 2 years of working experience in related industry.
- Honest and good credibility.
- Willing to work shift hours.
- Computer Knowledge (Micrsoft Words & Excel)
