**What you'll do**:
Administrative duties for Sales, Accounts and Human Resource
- Process and coordinate customer's orders.
- Prepare delivery orders and invoices.
- Schedule local deliveries and international shipments.
- Follow up on shipment billing confirmation
- Provide administrative and clerical support by maintain a comprehensive and update filing system
- Ensures timely and accurate compilation of: Knock Account Receivable invoices, Account Payable invoice, Payment Voucher, Purchase Costing
- Monthly Report
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Keep track of staff’s movement eg. Annual Leave, Hospitalisation Leave and/or Medical Leave.

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic accounting knowledge
- Positive learning attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Meticulous and organized
- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills, and is able to work effectively within a team and independently
- Conversational skills in English and Mandarin
- Malaysians welcome to apply
