**JOB SUMMARY**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings and needs. Develop a network of potential hires for future needs.
- Build and develop effective sourcing strategy using an appropriate combination of executive search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, and other relevant methods.
- Responsible for hiring of strategic positions globally.
- Build relationship and manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards, recruiters.
- Thought leader on new and innovative approaches for acquiring talent
- Partnering corporate communication team in leading Corporate Employer Branding initiatives. Implement online and offline employer branding activities across countries
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
- Prepare, review and manage our annual recruitment budget.
- Manage, train and develop our team of recruiters to improve their level of competencies.
- Drive and measure key recruitment metrics.
- Lead all Talent Acquisition automation projects in order to improve the talent acquisition processes and ensure all projects meet company objectives.
- Ensure our recruitment processes comply with local fair employment practices and regulatory requirements
- Attend various conferences and functions to remain up to date with industry trends.
**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**

- Degree in any discipline, proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead, experience in Singapore, Malaysia, China and US will be advantageous
- Demonstrate experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
- Good team management abilities
**JOB-RELATED SKILLS & PRE-REQUISITES**
- Professionals in this position need strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in their work, sourcing top talent and ensuring that staff members are productive and satisfied.
- Clear understanding of the recruiting business and core strategies, including a depth of knowledge in compensation and negotiation.
- At least 8 years in an in house Talent Acquisition capacity. Having proven record to lead is a plus
- Strong collaboration/partnering skills, the ability to say “no” when needed while driving the discussion towards mutual success
- Creative and flexible thinker able to provide - and receive — innovative solutions
- Profound knowledge of the latest talent attraction and acquisition tools and techniques, and experience with market mapping and talent research allowing you to enjoy data and insights of talent competitors in the industry.
- Eagerness to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and work with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good written and spoken English, preferably conversant in a second language
- Resourceful, positive, energetic with initiative and excellent motivational skills
