**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review tender requirements, scope of work, bills of materials
- Collaborate with relevant functions to gather inputs for preparation of cost estimates
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address clarifications/negotiations to optimize costs
- Prepare detailed cost estimations with labour, material, manufacturing costs, coating
- Identify risks and mitigations for cost escalation, execution

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 to 3 years working experience in the oil and gas or related industries
- Knowledge in tendering process with knowledge of preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of material
- Familiarity with manufacturing process such as Forging, Machining, Cladding, Fabrication preferred
