**About the role**

Kimly Construction Pte Ltd, a leading construction company and a progressive builder in Singapore, is seeking a junior Cost Executive to join the team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic cost management support and analysis to ensure the successful delivery of construction project tenders.

**What you'll be doing**
- **Carry out quantity take-off and Prepare Bill of Quantities, familiarisation with Glodon software (Cubicost) for use in Tender**:

- **Attend site visits, if necessary.**:

- **Source for supplier and sub-contractor for quotation.**:

- **Analyse and compare quotations.**:

- **Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.**:

- **Assist CM to ensure completeness of tender documents for submission and timely submission.**:

- **Assist Contracts Manager to clarify and resolve Tender Questionnaires issued by Client/Consultants**:

- **To seek clarification and confirmation on Tender Questionnaires from supplier/sub-contractor.**:

- **All other ad-hoc work assigned**

**What we're looking for**
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Cost Executive or in a similar role within the construction industry
- Working experience with Main Contractor would be an advantage.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in the use of cost management software and MS Office suite
