**Job Summary**:
TLC Worldwide is a fusion of marketers and dealmakers, renowned for delivering award-winning promotional and loyalty programs. We’re seeking a junior Lead Generation specialist with a great digital marketing background to support with our lead generation efforts across APAC. This role is pivotal in implementing strategies that help generate qualified leads and build TLC’s brand reputation. You’ll be required to work closely with the Marketing Manager to contribute in achieving the region’s key performance targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the marketing manager in lead generation efforts to attract and support the sales team in nurturing leads.
- Support in social media (Eg; Instagram, LinkedIn) content to boost APAC brand presence and engagement.
- Assist in developing B2B CRM efforts, including helping to craft and segment targeted marketing e-shots that align with ongoing sales activities.
- Research on industry or sector trends to create engaging and insightful content, including posts, articles, and more.
- Support the marketing manager in strengthening the APAC website and improving SEO by updating content to increase inbound leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to brainstorm strategic ideas and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing outbound leads.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with internship/attachment experiences are welcome to apply.
- Have experience in generating leads and/or customer acquisition through digital channels.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Able to conceptualize content for CRM, website, and marketing e-shots.
- Ability to conduct research and translate insights into valuable marketing content.
- Good communication and able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to measure results and report on performance.
- Experience in supporting website content with SEO principles (WordPress or similar platforms is a plus).
- Familiar with digital marketing tools (e.g., Dynamics D365, Canva, Mix Panel).
