**Responsibilities**:

- The core responsibility of the People and Culture Specialist is talent management.
- Create and analyze reports in talent management which includes but not limited to recruitment and performance management.
- Initiate and implement people programs to retain top talents.
- Foster diversity and inclusion from recruitment up to the employee engagement programs in the organization.
- Maintain a healthy pool of talent to support the rapidly growing business of AIRR Labs.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the organization.
- Create a high performing culture where employees are engaged to deliver and have fun at the same time.
- Build a positive, effective work environment in AIRR that drive engagement.
- Provide value to our stakeholders through HR interventions and provide first line of support to our employees and gives sound advice to the management.
- Create, collaborate, and supports the implementation of company policies, processes, and strategies.
- Other task and responsibilities as required or assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degreein Psychology, Human Resource Management or any relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in talent managementand employee engagement
- Experience in employer branding is preferred.Experience in e-commerce and start up is a plus.
- Proficiency in Office 365-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Has strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Passionate about peopleandstrongly believes that people are the greatest asset of the organization.
