What you’ll achieve
As a Services CoC, Field Marketing Intern, you will owns the development and execution of specific marketing program, process and system initiatives, including digitalization opportunities and gathers feedback on key marketing programs, processes and systems through multiple channels, including stakeholder interaction, and communicates to appropriate marketing and business leaders.

Principal Accountabilities
- Provides inputs into marketing digitalization opportunities, assessment of processes, programs, systems and budget allocation.
- Utilizes metrics to track local/regional marketing efforts and program results throughout quarter/year.
- Determines most effective segment/vertical sales tools and drives usage to maximize organizational productivity.
- Ensures that sales and marketing teams understand and can fully utilize tools to enhance sales and marketing activities.
- Localizes and adapts global content and programs aligned with enhancing regional marketing efforts.

Principal Responsibilities
- Understands and applies marketing and digitalization principles, concepts, theories, technologies and standards.
- Existing fundamental knowledge of IT industry and ability to continually deepen knowledge of IT Services portfolio and IT market trends.
- Builds deeper understanding of marketing processes, procedures and systems and Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency.
- Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information and presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.
- Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations to implement required changes.

Essential Requirements
- Foundational level of IT knowledge and IT market
- Experience and/or knowledge of driving change via digitalization, including assessing processes, roles and/or value-producing opportunities
- Strong business acumen
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT

Desirable Skills
- Experience with RPA, chatbots or virtual agents
- Experience in working with Power BI, Tableau and Power Automate and Power Apps
