**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales and Marketing Executive to engage walk-in customers and support marketing initiatives. The role includes providing product demonstrations and driving lead generation through customer engagement. You will assist with marketing efforts as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager. The primary location is at Orchard Road, Mandarin Gallery, with occasional travel to the Tampines outlet.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage walk-in customers, providing product demos and answering inquiries to drive sales opportunities.
- Assist with executing marketing initiatives as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Monitor customer engagement and provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Ensure the showroom is presentable and products are ready for demonstrations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers in-store.
- Ability to follow marketing directions and work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools like social media is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work primarily at the Orchard Road outlet, with occasional travel to the Tampines location.
