_We are seeking a diligent and organized administrative to _**oversee the invoicing process, inventory, incoming and outgoing shipments, and deliver excellent customer service.**_This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:_
- Coordinate logistics arrangements for orders
- Provide customer service support
- Laise with relevant authorities
- Handle basic accounts matter
- Perform general administrative duties
- Assist handle HR some admin job
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by directors
- Qualifications:_
- At least O Level/ SPM and above
- At least 1 year of Customer Service in a related field
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Software
- Able to speak, read in Mandarin & English
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
