**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor service quality to ensure that customer experience and service standards are met.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, requests, and feedback, coordinating with internal stakeholders for resolution.
- Review and improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Make outbound calls to customers as required.
- Handle and resolve complex or escalated customer issues effectively.
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service efficiency, ensuring timely assistance.
- Work well under pressure while managing customer expectations professionally.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong teamwork and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Fast and accurate computer skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and customer-oriented with a strong focus on service excellence.

**Additional Information**:

- **Salary**:Up to SGD 2,500 +VB (2 Months)
- **Working Location**: Bedok
- **Working Hours**: 5.5 days work week
