Job Summary
The CRM Analyst, is CRM functional professional with knowledge in CRM process and system that enable support CRM key initiatives and optimize our CRM platform. He/she will report into the Manager, Commercial Excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Support project activities from initial planning through implementation
- Collaborate with cross functional / business stakeholders gather and document CRM requirements, and translate them into user stories from functional aspect
- Perform data analysis, data cleansing and support data migration effort
- Create and maintain documentation including process flow, testing script/user guide and training materials
- Assist in meeting coordination, keep track and follow up actions through to completion
- Other tasks and opportunities as identified
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst with experience in the CRM space
- Basic knowledge CRM processes in the area of Sales & Marketing and the utilization of IT systems for this
- Proficiency in CRM Platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience in data analysis, process mapping and documentation
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Ability to actively manage competing deliverables to meet project deliverables and timeline
