Role is primarily responsible for the project management of aircraft transitions in Asia and has a strategic role across the organization.

**What you'll be doing**
- Monitor all aircraft assets on lease, asset management of the technical condition of the fleet.
- Ensure maintenance reserve claim administration against contracted terms is assigned.
- Research and analyze Lessee, potential Lessee, departmental enquiries or technical aspect/condition/requirement of a pipeline or transition aircraft.
- Provide input and support to the strategic direction of the Company.
- Monitor and communicate with VP Technical Support, VP Powerplant and Third-Party vendors on all lease return transitions.

**What you'll need to have**
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ work experience in the aviation technical field including a minimum of 5 years in a similar leasing role.
- Or an alternative relevant technical qualification with 12 years’ work experience in the aviation technical field including a minimum of 5 years in a similar leasing role.
- Ability to craft contract language for technical elements of aircraft transactions would be a significant advantage.
