**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
- 10 to 12 years of tax consulting experience - Big 4 experience preferred.
- Strong appetite to win in the market and grow a premium tax practice in Singapore and the region
- Possess strong leadership, execution, and coaching skills.
- Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high quality client service.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
- Good writing, analytical, research and organizational skills.

**OVERVIEW OF A&M SOUTHEAST ASIA AND AUSTRALIA**

Alvarez & Marsal established its Southeast Asia and Australia presence in 2017 and has in the last year scaled up rapidly across the region, with 8 offices now in Singapore (HQ), Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh City; these are complemented by our offices in North Asia in Greater China (Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing) and Seoul. In addition to these locations, A&M Asia has extensive experience in serving clients across other APAC countries.
