**About the role**

As a Field Service Engineer (Electrical), you will play a vital role in providing on-site technical support and maintenance services for our wide range of electrical equipment and systems across the Region. This full-time position will require you to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the reliable operation and performance of our products at our customers' sites.

**What you'll be doing**
- Conduct scheduled and emergency maintenance, inspections, and repairs of MV and LV Switchgear, and automation systems at the customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the electrical equipment
- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance and support
- Document all work undertaken and maintain detailed records of equipment performance and service history
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies

**What we're looking for**
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician in the industry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and collaborate with the technical team
- A safety-first mindset and commitment to working in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across the Region as required
