Job Description
- You will assist in tenant management and leasing matters relating to both Lot One and Bukit Panjang Plaza.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to tenant relationship management and leasing- Assist in the preparation and updating of reports and presentation slides- Carry out market research and data analysis in preparation for the Asset Plan- Support in lease documentation and paperwork, filing and archiving of documents- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately- Detail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learn
