**SUMMARY**
Supporting the JGP Corporate / Capabilities ' talent strategy and aligning global, regional or plant level people plans to that strategy in collaboration with the appropriate HR teams and business leaders.
Acting as a key interface and trusted advisor to senior leaders regarding talent and learning management strategies and solutions.
Providing training programs delivery, coaching and career development solutions.
S upport in administration, research, design, development, communication, and implementation of effective methodologies, processes, tools and offerings used for our business managers and employees.
He/she collaborates with team members and other HR and Jabil colleagues to create and maintain a solid infrastructure for the successful development and execution of employee-focused learning and OD initiatives,
programs and build a supportive learning and development environment for our employees to thrive in.
Work with external providers and internal SMEs to develop offerings or programs that support business needs and contribute to the design and development of the inhouse development learning center.
Lead specific L&D projects and ad hoc requests as necessary and provide ad hoc support to regional learning delivery (may be involve in local and regional training delivery
- physical and virtual)
using effective data storytelling to develop powerful content delivery for audiences. Someone who learns fast, works hard, and has strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth, positive work attitude, pressure resistance,
capable in managing multiple projects, and a great communicator.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY**
**Curriculum Development, Training Delivery an **d Communication**:
- Partner with business leaders, Talent Management team members, site HRs to understand the development and learning needs
- Develop learning content and deliver in-house e-learning, virtual training, face to face workshops and other learning interventions for employees and managers
- Deliver soft skill or personal effectiveness, leadership, management programs, other programs and workshops to target audiences
- Create and implement post course follow-ups and effective evaluation tools to measure and recommend improvements or other strategies for enhancing solutions
- Design and develop communication message to strengthen learning culture
- Participate in TM/learning improvement and ad hoc organization development related projects
**Education & Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor ' s degree in related field required and 7 - 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong planning, organizational skills and collaborations skills to effectively prioritize and partner with a range of individuals globally to ensure successful team operation and support.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; clear, concise & professional with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and respond to questions or issues on methodologies,
processes or tools. (Converse, read and write fluently in English and Mandarin as the role requires to communicate and liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders/suppliers)
- Excellent relationship building and facilitation skills.
- Competence in conducting research on best practices and related trends, organizations and available resources.
- Strong project management or service orientation with strong execution and follow through
- Knowledge and experience in design and delivery of Learning tools, models, processes and interventions.
- Knowledge and experience using a variety of design tools, which includes but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite.
- Data analytics skills and comfortable with data management, PBI knowledge will be a plus.
- Willingness to keep up with new learning and the use of technology (digital mindset).
- Agility in leading multiple complex projects and pivoting quickly to changing needs/environments and work well under pressure with multiple tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and standards.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, ability to build trust with senior leaders
- Global, diverse workforce experience, MNC and tech industry background is preferred
- Willingness to travel
