Singapore SINGAPORE SALVAGE ENGINEERS PTE LTD Full time

Responsibilities:

- Administration work to assist look onto boats expiry and certs validity/ expiry;
- Assist in creating/ updating table survey status for tug and barge;
- Declaration of inward/outward port clearance via Marinet for tug boats/Barge going OPL/Highsea/Next Port;
- ICA Clearance for vessel as per Port Clearance;
- Crew change for crew signing on/off or crew transfer from tug boat;
- Crew employment according to the STCW requirement as per Flag;
Liaise & coordinate with 3rd party manning agencies for the smooth deployment of crew;
- Crew article or Electronic Ship Information for Marinet;
- Check the authenticity of the crew national COC & GOC with the respective maritime organization;
- Extension of non-harbour craft license boat that need to stay in Singapore for more than 14 days via ICA Online;
- Handle crew salary, food allowance, salary disbursement and payroll reporting;
- Updating of vessel Flag to all platform (Marinet);
- Ensure crewing requirements are met;
- Updating of the crew information into the crew management system;
- Update vessel certificate to MPA at Marinet system;
- Manage and oversee the day to day work for Crewing;
- Book inward/ outward pilotage, organise assist tug etc.;
- Any other administrative work as required by the Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience as crewing executive and boarding officer for tug boats, AHTS;
- Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn;
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast paced working environment;
- Able to work independently and as a team;
- Able to work at irregular hours;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Availability to commence work immediately or with short notice preferred..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
