We are looking for a dynamic and passionate **HR Assistant **to be part of the Group HR Team. You will be supporting the Payroll function on Group Level.

**Responsibilities**
- Monthly processing and checking of payroll/reimbursement and preparing payroll reports.
- Process Government Funding such as CCL/PL, NS, all other statutory claims and submission of CPF, Income tax, IR21 etc.
- Handle all staff enquires pertaining to payroll related matters.
- Preparation of employees’ requests for documents and letters and processing off-boarding of resignees.
- Attend to Auditor’s enquires pertaining to payroll related areas of work. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirement**
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
- Meticulous, organized and highly dependable.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
