**Job Title**: Business Development Associate (Part-Time/Freelance)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis in Singapore. This role is ideal for students currently in education or freelancers who are keen to expand their skills in the marketing industry. The primary focus will be to identify and engage with brands and businesses in Singapore that require marketing services, and to develop relationships that translate into business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients who would benefit from our marketing services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their marketing needs and propose suitable services.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and potential clients.
- Prepare and present proposals and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for different client segments.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments in Singapore.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance our services and tailor offerings.
- Manage and update the CRM system with client information and interaction logs.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Currently a student or a freelancer residing in Singapore.
- Strong interest in business development and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
