**Role Description**:
We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all budgets and operations of the local business unit.

General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing future people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, Trainee should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Ultimately, the General Manager should help our company grow and thrive.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
1. Examine present business operations to discover gaps and potential for improvement, as well as to identify and remedy problems. Propose fresh business ideas to boost revenue margins. Deal structure and pricing should be supported by business-value analysis, and proposed prices should be negotiated.
2. The trainee will be able to interact with the director about the existing production work flow and provide suggestions to promote a happy and dynamic work environment. The trainee's leadership and people management talents will increase.
3. The trainee will be able to propose solutions to problems (for example, profit decline and business loss to competitors).
4. The trainee will be able to better comprehend the company's processes and handle day-to-day operations.
5. The trainee will be able to do research on competitors and transport services. In order to compete in the market, the trainee will be able to conduct more research.
6. The trainee will work with the Director to learn and practice creating a strong operation management report, forecasting, budgeting, and presenting management with effective and timely operation and sales updates.
7. The trainee will identify areas of the organization that require improvement, plan efficient personnel development, assist technology for better operation, and be proficient in strategic planning to improve sales techniques.
8. Trainee will collaborate with the internal team and clients to ensure that food services are delivered on schedule and to the client's specifications, as well as to report and resolve any concerns that arise.
