**Your new role**
You will be reporting directly to the senior directors or several pillars such as IT compliance and Sales solutions. As a regional IT director, you will have to prepare the IT road maps based on the company business goals. In addition, you will devise, determine, and implement IT policies aligned with the global directions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To ensure your success in this role, you will be highly encouraged to possess the following requirements:

- 13+ years of experience in IT with experience in managing and delivering IT projects, business planning.
- Experience in managing and implementing global/regional IT projects across different digital channels, B2B and B2C.
- Experience in managing various internal and external stakeholders, particularly C suite is a must.
- Experience in sales operations, sales-focused product organizations would be highly advantageous.
