**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As an Audio-Visual Technician, you’ll be at the heart of every event, making sure all the technical elements come together seamlessly. You’ll be setting up and operating equipment that ranges from microphones and sound speakers to video screens and projectors. Your expertise with connecting wires, adjusting sound systems, and managing mixing boards will be key to ensuring flawless productions.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and configure audio, video, and lighting equipment including microphones, projectors, video monitors, and more.
- Operate consoles for audio, lighting, visual displays, and VMix systems when required.
- Ensure all equipment is safely stored and manage inventory effectively.
- Liaise with stakeholders and clients on location to ensure their vision is brought to life.
- Take on any additional tasks to ensure event success—your creativity and problem-solving will be highly valued

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in audio, visual, and lighting (AVL) event production.
- A strong background in managing live events and handling client needs under pressure.
- A diploma or degree in a related field of study is a plus
- Passion, precision, and a can-do attitude that shines during high-stakes projects.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
