**Assistant Stalls Supervisor needed for**:
1. Tuckshop (Drinks/Fruit Juice)
2. Dim Sum Stall
We are seeking a responsible and hands-on **Assistant**Stall Supervisor**to oversee the daily operations of our food stall. You will assist the Supervisor/Outlet Manager to lead a small team to ensure high food quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient day-to-day running of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**- Supervise daily stall operations and ensure smooth service flow.- Assist to lead and manage a team of stall assistants, including training.- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness meet SFA/NEA regulations.- Monitor inventory and place orders for ingredients and supplies.- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.- Maintain food quality, portion control, and customer service standards.- Report equipment issues and oversee basic maintenance needs.- Assist in improving operational efficiency and customer experience.- Able to work under Food Court environment.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or food stall operations.- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (required).- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.- Good leadership and communication skills.- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
