Job Title

Operations Team leader

**Job Description & Requirements**:
Location: Tampines central, air-conditioned cafe

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of café operations, including food and beverage management, inventory control, customer service, staff supervision, etc.
- Train and supervise café staff, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities and are performing their duties effectively.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and maintain a clean and safe food service environment.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.

Job Requirements:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and make effective decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a valid food hygiene certificate.
