**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the annual strategy process, collaborating with senior leadership to build and communicate a long-term growth roadmap. Analyze global trends and regulatory shifts, making recommendations for new market opportunities and high-impact initiatives.

Product Innovation & Market Strategy: Develop and execute an advanced product strategy aligned with emerging technology and market needs. Oversee the full product lifecycle, from market evaluation and technical assessments to go-to-market strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement: Drive quarterly senior leadership sessions, incorporating external insights and industry best practices. Establish partnerships with tech leaders, venture firms, and startups to enhance competitive positioning and innovation.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) with 15+ years in strategy, consulting, or product leadership roles.

Expertise in the energy sector, especially renewables, e-mobility, energy efficiency, or smart grids.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Analytical, strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proactive, resourceful, and business-minded with a solutions-oriented approach.
