**The role will be primarily responsible to lead business development and sales activities with emphasis placed on business pipeline expansion, revenue generation, profitability, and product positioning in APAC region. Based on the seniority and experience of the individual, the territory and industry vertical assign may vary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales and business development of company product and services around Asia Pacific Region (eg: Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia).
- Lead generation, qualification and chase for deal closure and revenue booking.
- Handle and respond to queries relating to Pre-Qualification, Quotation & Proposal, and other detailed procurement contracts (as the capacity of Bid/Contract Manager).
- Conduct market-sensing activities, analytics, and reporting.
- Evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of sales, methods, cost, and results.
- Monitor and share the status of sales performances (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end)

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 05 years (Manager) / 10 years (Director) of sales experience in IT industry, especially in B2B business on Enterprise Solution / Platform sales will be essential.
- Proven deal closure of multiple million-dollar projects and completion of full delivery cycle
- Able to handle multiple solutions and services quickly and responsibly and perform field sales independently.
- Self-motivated, sales driven and results oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess good presentation skills.
- Ability to deal with a dynamic work environment.
- Strong clientele in the Enterprise or Government sector
- Willing and able to travel regularly to meet business objectives.

**Education**:

- Degree in Engineering / IT or equivalent preferred but not essential
